PRODUCT INFO
Brigadeiro is a delicate treat. The best way to be stored is at room temperature, in a cool and dry spot in the next three days once received. If you want to keep them longer, leave them refrigerated for 7-10 days. Or, if you decide to freeze them, then we recommend sealing the box with plastic wrapping to keep as much air out of the package as possible and to avoid different odors.
Each Brigadeiro is checked on a scale to have the same size. It may vary a little bit in size depending on the topping we use. It is about 0.635 oz???? - 0.705 oz???? (18g - 20g).
Brigadeiro has DAIRY in their composition. They are made in a kitchen that uses DAIRY, EGGS, PEANUTS, SOY, TREE NUTS (ALMONDS, BRAZIL NUTS, CASHEWS, COCONUT, PISTACHIOS, WALNUTS), GROUND NUTS and WHEAT.
We try our best to avoid cross-contamination, but trace amounts of any allergen can be in any of them because they are made in a kitchen that uses Any person with allergy restrictions should NOT eat our brigadeiros.
Our recipes do not contain gluten or flour. Maybe, you can find a trace amount of flour in any of our brigadeiro because the product is made in a home kitchen. We highly recommend do not eating our brigadeiro who has gluten allergies.
